First up the cooks must create a fruit dessert and finally battle their last pressure test ever. Jack joins us today live in the studio while his fellow final’s buddy Greta joins us on a live cross from Perth, with Anna Gare.

It’s A Knockout is the longest running TV format in the world, and it returns to TEN this Sunday night in an all new 2011 version. The original Australian series ran from 1985-87. One of this series’ co-hosts is legendary sports broadcaster HG Nelson who will bring his special brand of commentary and expertise to the series. He joins us to tell us more about the show.
