Tony Martin

Chris Hemsworth
Chris Hemsworth has gone from Summer Bay and Ramsey Street to Hollywood’s A-List.  The Australian actor stars as the mighty Thor in the film adaptation of the Marvel Comics superhero. Yumi spoke with Chris about bulking up for the role and his rapid rise to fame.

We’ve all heard about the ‘green’ movement, but now there is a new movement emerging, one which takes the focus away for the planet and places it on us, the ‘Blue’ movement. Green means choosing the environment over everything else. Blue means you don't have to choose. It recognises that people believe climate change is happening, but knows we don’t want to feel guilty for doing the things we love and having nice things. Environmental Guru, Lisa Corduff will tell us how we can embrace ‘blue’ in our lives.

Paul De Gelder
On 11 February 2009, while working as a clearance diver on Sydney Harbour, Able seaman, Paul de Gelder was attacked by a shark and subsequently lost his right leg and hand. The initial loss of these limbs was painful to deal with both mentally and physically, but it was the pain of rehab, and the ongoing frustrations of phantom limb pains that added to Paul’s torment. Having spent 10 years in the military Paul was determined to get his life back and has now written a book about his experience - No Time for Fear. Paul joins us to share his inspiring story.
