Habitat for Humanity is a fantastic organisation that builds homes for people in need. Over the past 30 years, over 400,000 homes have been built in over 90 countries. This March 24-31, media personality Angela Catterns will be heading to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to help build homes for families affected by HIV/AIDS. Angela joins us to tell us about the Hands and Hearts Build project she is involved in, and to explain how you can get involved and join her on this life-changing journey.
