1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Lebanese cucumbers, shredded into 15cm lengths

Grated carrot and fresh coriander salad to serve

Method

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins

Heat a large non-stick frying pan. Add sesame seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Reserve. Reheat pan over high heat. Combine steak, oil and ginger. Add to pan and cook in two batches for 2-3 minutes or until brown. Return all meat to pan and add lime juice. Reduce slightly and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fill the warm wraps with cucumber, green onion and capsicum. Add the sesame beef. Serve with grated carrot and coriander salad.

Tips
You can use any kind of steak for this such as eye round, blade, rump or sirloin.
A quick way to warm the wraps is to heat a frying pan and add two wraps at a time to the hot pan. Heat through for about a minute on each side or until warm.
