Ingredients

Serves 4-6

Sorbetto is a wonderful spring/ summer drink idea for dinner parties and celebrations.
They can be easily prepared from purchased or homemade fruit based sorbet.

Some Combinations

Champagne with Green apple sorbetto

Blood orange and Aperol sorbetto

Limoncello and lemon sorbetto

Fragolino (Italian sparkling strawberry grape wine) and grape sorbetto

Method

All of the drinks are produced by blending the two ingredients together and served in various interestingly shaped frozen frosted glasses.

Per person:  2 scoops of sorbet to 15 / 20 ml of liquor or wine.

Blend well on high or mix with a whisk until smooth and pour into frozen glasses.

Serve immediately.
