Ingredients
Serves 180g whitefish fillet
1 tablespoon extra virgin oil
1 tablespoon Yuzu juice
10g thinly sliced chive
100g dried miso
10g garlic chips
1 cherry tomato
Method
Fan out the white fish slices on a serving dish and sprinkle dried miso evenly over them.
Drizzle the extra virgin oil over the top and place the garlic chips in the middle.
Garnish with the sliced chive and cherry tomato.
