Ingredients

Serves 4-6

750 grams Buffalo mozzarella
¼ cup purple basil (1 x bunch)
¼ cup oregano (1 x bunch)
¼ cup flat leaf parsley (1 x bunch)
1 lemon
250 ml (½ cup) extra olive virgin oil
Cracked black pepper

Method

Rip Mozzarella into pieces & place on platter.

Rip up all the herbs & sprinkle over the Mozzarella

Squeeze the lemon juice over the top

Sprinkle with cracked pepper and drizzle with oil to taste.
