Ingredients

Serves 4


4 lamb steaks
Sumac
Salt
Pepper

 

Grape Salsa
1 small bunch of red grapes, halved
1 small bunch of white grapes, halved
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 loaf of crusty bread
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar



 

Method


Place steaks on a plate and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. 
Pan fry until cooked to desired level of “doneness" (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium)

 

Grape Salsa
Add grapes, tomato, onion and parsley in a serving bowl and combine.
Slice bread into thick pieces and spoon salsa over top.
Add equal amounts of olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste.
