Ingredients

Serves 4-6

Cointreauversial
10ml Mango Puree
3 Strawberries
1/2 kiwi fruit
2 fresh mint leaves
20ml Cointreau
40ml Vodka
10ml Strawberry Liqueur (or any other flavoured liqueur)
Soda Water
Ice Cubes

Snowball
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
30ml Creme de Cacao
30ml Kahlua

Think Pink
30ml Vodka
60ml cranberry juice
40ml pink grapefruit juice
Crushed ice

Method

For the Cointreauversial:
Muddle fruit and mint in a glass. Add some ice cubes. Pour alcohol over and then top with Soda Water. Stir

For the Snowball:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. 

For the Think Pink:
Pour all over ice and stir. Serve in a champagne flute.
