Ingredients

400g can sweetened condensed milk
2 packets Orio biscuits
3 bananas
500 ml thickened cream
chocolate (for grating)
Method
Place the can of condensed milk in a saucepan, cover and boil for 2 hours, topping up the water as necessary. Remove and set aside to cool for 30 minutes.
Process the Orio biscuits in a in a food processor to resemble wet biscuit crumbs.
Press the mixture into a dish about 28cm diameter and about 6-7 centimetres deep. Place in the fridge to set Chill.
Spoon the caramelised condensed milk over biscuit base and refrigerate.
Slice the bananas and layer over the set caramel.
Beat the cream until stiff and cover bananas.
Top with grated chocolate.
