Ingredients

1kg T-bone steak
1 bunch sage
½ bunch parsley
½ bunch mint
½ bunch marjoram
1 bunch oregano
1 large sprig rosemary
1 small red chilli
2 cloves garlic
1 cup good extra virgin olive oil
Method
Cook the T-bone 9 minutes each side, rotating.
Rest for 15 minutes.
Oil and salt the meat.
Cook 5 minutes on each side to finish
Dice and toss all ingredients for the Salsa Erbe.
Serve with T-bone.
