Method

Party Pie Parmigiana
The Party Pie Parmigiana is the most sacred marriage of the two most wonderful dishes in our wide brown land!

Prepare an egg-wash which is one egg mixed with milk, and place the breadcrumbs in another bowl. Lightly dust the pie with flour, then place it in the egg-wash making sure the pie is covered, then chuck the pie into the breadcrumbs, covering completely. It’s at this point, you do it all again. Double crumb my friends.
You then fry the pies in the oil.

Give them a bit of time, in which you can prepare your passata, which is a traditional Italian tomato based sauce. My recipe is: One dollop of Dolmio and a squirt of white wine. Mix together! Sweet as!

Then take the pies out of frypan and onto a plate where you add, ham, passata and grated cheese or if you want a cheese slice.
Place under the grill until cheese melts and serve.

Cake in a Cup
Mix all the dry folks together.
Crack an egg and add it to your mug. Be sure to mix it well to avoid any pockets of flour in the corners
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate drops if you've got them, and a splash of vanilla essence too.
Pop your mug into the microwave and zap for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000 watt).
Wait until the cake stops rising and sets in the mug.
If necessary, run a knife around the sides of the mug and tip the still warm cake out of the mug and onto a saucer and bang, fresh cake in under 5 minutes!
