Ingredients

Serves 6

500g lean pork mince
1 small spanish onion, finely chopped
1 egg white
1 garlic clove
Salt
Pepper


1 pkt fresh lasagna sheets, cut into squares
2 x tomato passata 700ml bottles
Grated parmesan cheese
Herbs for sprinkling (a little oregano, thyme and basil, whatever's in the garden)
 

Method


Combine the first 6 ingredients and roll into balls.
 
Line the bottom of a baking dish with one centimetre of tomato passata.
 
Place one meatball onto a square of lasagna then into the baking tray. Repeat till all used up. Cover with remaining tomato passata. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with herbs.
 
Bake at 150°C for 50 minutes.
