Ingredients

Serves 4

Campbell's Real Chicken Stock Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup
1 Litre pack Campbell's Real Stock – Chicken
420g can creamed corn
4 green onions, thinly sliced
350g skinless chicken breast fillet thinly sliced (see notes)

 

Chang's Oriental Crunchy Noodle Salad
1 pkt Chang's Crunchy Noodles
½ - 1 Wombok (Chinese Cabbage) or Savoy Cabbage, shredded
6 shallots (chopped)
100g Roasted slivered Almonds or Pinenuts

Dressing:
¼ cup White Vinegar
¼ cup Castor Sugar
1 tbsp Chang's Soy Sauce
2 tspn Chang's Sesame Oil
½ cup Olive Oil

 

Dolmio Tuna Pasta Bake
2 cups pasta
425 tin tuna
Dolmio Sauce
1 ½ cups grated cheese



Kelloggs Cornflakes Honey Joys
90g butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups Kellogg's® Corn Flakes
 

Method

Gorgi: Campbell's Real Chicken Stock Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup
Place stock in a large saucepan, stir in creamed corn and green onions. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add chicken, stirring thoroughly to break up the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve.
Notes:
Gorgi prefers to use a Lilydale roast chicken, bought from the supermarket.
She also adds one whisked egg, right at the end.


Chrissie: Chang's Oriental Crunchy Noodle Salad
Shred the Wombok, wash and drain well. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a saucepan. Stir well over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Cool. Combine the Wombok, chopped shallots and almonds in a salad bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Just before serving add the noodles and toss thoroughly. To make a delicious meal, add shredded BBQ Chicken or BBQ Pork.


Charlie: Dolmio Tuna Pasta Bake

Preheat Oven to 220˚C.
Boil 2 cups of pasta for 8 minutes. Drain a 425g tin of tuna.
Place tuna, Dolmio Sauce and cooked pasta in a baking dish and stir.
Cover with 1 ½ cups of grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

For something different, replace pasta with 3 ½ cups of cooked potatoes or cook 1 cup of Arborio rice.


Yumi: Kelloggs Cornflakes Honey Joys
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Line 24 hole patty pan with paper cases.
Melt butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan until frothy.
Add Kellogg's® Corn Flakes and mix well.
Working quickly spoon into paper patty cases.
Bake in a slow oven 150°C for 10 minutes.
Cool.
