Ocsober is an intiative than encourages people to give up alcohol for the month of October to raise awareness of the consequences of drug and alcohol abuse. Alex Fevola is someone who knows first-hand that alcohol can destroy lives. Alex’s former husband’s (Brendan Fevola) binge drinking resulted in the breakdown of her marriage. Alex hopes if anything good can come out of her experience it will be that her three daughters will learn the negative effects of binge drinking from their father’s mistakes. Alex joins us to explain why it’s so important to get on board with Ocsober.
