Ingredients

Serves 6


1kg beef mince
2 onions diced
2 carrots chopped
1 x 45g packet chicken noodle dry soup mix
½ cabbage shredded
1 cup long grain rice
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
 

Method

 Plug in your electric frypan.
Add oil and onion and cook until translucent
Add mince and cook until brown, breaking up chunks of meat.
Add soy.
Add in carrots and rice and stir through.
Add the cabbage and stir.
Place the soup mix in a jug and add 6 cups of boiling water. 
Add soup mixture to meat and stir through.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.  Make sure mixture doesn't stick to the pan.
If it appears to be getting too thick, add a little more water.
 
Serve!
