5 ways to bigger boobs – no surgery!
Your breasts are made up of muscles that lie beneath the breast tissue. These exercises target your upper, middle and lower chest muscles and help to sculpt perkier breasts than can make your bust look bigger!
1. Push up
Boob benefit: Push-ups work your shoulders and your chest, back and core muscles. You can do it anywhere and there are many variations from beginner to advanced.
2. Medicine ball slams
Boob benefit: The ‘slamming’ motion works all the chest muscles. Slam hard and your chest will work hard. This exercise will also tone your arms and leg muscles whilst giving you a great cardio workout. You can slam on the ground or against a wall. Aim for high repetitions.
3. Medicine ball push-ups
Boob benefit: Utilising an uneven surface like the medicine ball helps to increase your balance and core stability. Medi-ball push-ups work both major muscle groups in the breasts – the Pectoralis Major and Pectoralis Minor. You can use single or double hand push-ups. Aim for 8-10 repetitions.
4. Towel tugs
Boob benefit: Towel tugs forces your muscles to contract without any change in the length of the muscle, therefore you tone the muscle without making it bigger! Keep tugging until your arms fatigue.
5. Swiss ball chest press with incline push-ups
Boob benefit: Isolates building the upper chest so that the muscle beneath your breast tissue adds shape and perk to your bust. The incline push-ups can be performed on a chair or on a stabilisation ball and will work the Pectoralis Major. Aim to use heavy weights. 6-8 repetitions.
