It’s a shocking statistic that people between the ages of 17-25 are twice as likely as other road users to be killed or injured on the road. Nurses at the brain injury unit at Westmead Hospital in Sydney were so overwhelmed from dealing with the reality of this every day, that they decided something must be done, and they have organised a Youth Road Trauma Forum to change the mindset of our youngest drivers.
