Ingredients

500g beef rump, cut into strips
300g broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion, sliced
200g small brown mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp oyster sauce
125g cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
Method
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 12 mins
Steam broccoli until tender. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add ½ oil and onion. Cook for 5 minutes until soft. Turn heat to high and add mushrooms and tomatoes and ¼ cup water. Cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes or until cooked Remove from pan and reserve.
Reheat pan. Combine beef with remaining oil and garlic and add to pan. Cook over high heat, stirring, until browned. Add oyster sauce, mushroom mixture, steamed broccoli and basil.
