Ingredients

Serves 4-6

250 ml milk
120 g butter
100 g flour
3 eggs
Frying oil
100g 70% chocolate
1 tin condensed milk
Castor sugar
Cinnamon powder

 

Equipment:
Piping bag with a star nozzle

Method

In a pan combine the milk and butter and bring to the boil.

Off the stove slowly add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon or process in a food processor until smooth. Add the egg to the mixture and combine until smooth.

Heat the frying oil at about 180°c and pipe Churros into the oil and cook until golden brown.

Mix some sugar and cinnamon and roll each Churros into the sugar mix.

To make the chocolate sauce, simply bring the condensed milk to boil and add the chocolate pieces and stir until smooth.

Eat them straight away and don’t share them with anyone!
