Jillian's passion for fitness training originates from 17 years of martial arts practice in Muay Thai and Akarui-Do, in which she holds a black belt. Her dynamic approach emphasises strength-training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life. Her intense and effective technique incorporates the best of kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, and weight training to achieve optimal results.
She even published her own book last year, Winning By Losing; Real Weight Loss For Real People.
