headspace - Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation - offers a comprehensive help-seeking website and 30 one-stop-shop centres across metropolitan and regional Australia offering youth-friendly, community based health services that have been specifically developed for young people aged 12-25 and their families.
headspace centres are places where young people and their families can go to receive free or low cost help from a range of youth-friendly health professionals who can help with:
- General health
- Mental health and counselling
- Alcohol and other drugs services
- Education, employment and other services
