If you’d like to report a bug or error, please add the following information which will make it a lot easier for us to resolve issues:
o The forum with the error
o Which browser you are using and which version (eg Internet Explorer 8.0, Firefox 3.6.8)
o When did the error occur (day and time)?
o Where are you located (state and country)?
o Tell us in detail what you had done online when the error occurred. The more detail you give us, the easier it is for us to locate the problem.
o Which thread were you looking at or posting on?
