Kathryn Robinson is one of Network Ten's most versatile and popular presenters.
She is currently the co-host on Ten's "Early News" but is also a regular presenter across the entire schedule of Ten's News programs - including the "9am News", "Late News" and the flagship "Ten News at 5pm".
Kathryn's quick wit and ability to think on her feet and has also guaranteed her a regular role as guest host and panelist on "The 7pm Project".
She is also the News presenter on "6.30 with George Negus".
Kathryn has also regularly anchored Ten's special live broadcasts and news events - including the rolling coverage of Cyclone Yasi, and extended bulletins for the Queensland floods, the Japanese tsunami, this year's Royal Wedding, the 10th anniversary of September 11 and the exclusive live broadcast of Jessica Watson's homecoming into Sydney. She has also been a regular host on Ten's City to Surf coverage.
In October 2010, Kathryn co-presented the daily 3-hour live breakfast programme "Good Morning Delhi" during the Commonwealth Games.
Kathryn joined Network Ten as a reporter in 2005 and covered stories from the Christmas bushfires to the iconic Sydney to Hobart yacht race.
Her skills and experience as a journalist are highly regarded and her ability to report on a wide range of stories makes her a key Network asset.
Kathryn began her journalism career in 2001 when she took a Masters of Journalism at Charles Sturt University while reporting for Channel Seven's "Sydney Weekender".
Since that time Kathryn has honed her skills as a reporter in the Prime newsroom in Orange. She then went on to host a current affairs program in Canberra. Kathryn moved back to Sydney in 2004, to work as a producer and presenter at Sky News.
Prior to her journalism career, Kathryn worked in the finance industry with Macquarie Bank. She was a successful currency portfolio trader between 1993 and 2000 gaining invaluable corporate and financial knowledge.
Kathryn also ran her own successful event management business between 1998 and 2003 and holds Bachelor of Economics and Master of Journalism degrees.
She is married to Channel Seven's network correspondent Chris Reason and together they have 4 year old twins - Sam and Lucy - her proudest achievement to date.
