Rebecca Morse
An award-winning journalist, Rebecca presents Ten's News at Five in Adelaide.
She was born in Adelaide and educated at Blackwood High School, before completing a Journalism degree at the University of South Australia.
Rebecca won a cadetship with the ABC in Adelaide in 1998 and embarked on successful postings in Port Pirie, Darwin and Brisbane before returning to her home town as a senior reporter and presenter for ABC TV and radio news.
In 2004 Rebecca was a finalist in the Walkley Awards for excellence in Australian journalism. She was awarded Best TV News Report in the 2005 SA Media Awards and was named Journalist of the Year.
Rebecca has been reading Ten's popular Adelaide news bulletin since 2006.
She is a proud Ambassador of the Port Adelaide Football Club and Woods Panthers Netball Club. Rebecca is married to Ten News journalist James Wakelin and they have three daughters, Grace, Milla and Frankie.
