Hosted by Bill Woods, who is joined by an expert panel with the likes of ex-Olympian Nicole Livingstone, V8 driver Cam McConville, former AFL star Luke Darcy and former South Sydney NRL forward Jimmy Smith, the two hour show talks through the highs and lows of the sporting world over the previous week and looks ahead to upcoming events.
 
Each week a special guest takes the hot seat next to Bill to discuss their life and career as an elite sports star before viewers are taken on a hilarious journey with ONE guru Mark Howard and his sporty quiz!
