Asher also took on the exciting role of Blanche d'Alpuget in TEN's critically acclaimed tele-movie "Hawke", playing opposite Richard Roxburgh as Bob Hawke. In 2009 Asher starred in the second series of Channel 9's "Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities", playing the lead role of Liz Cruickshank alongside fellow cast members Matt Newton, Peter O'Brien and Peter Phelps.The role Keddie is arguably best known for is in the successful television series "Love My Way". Her intelligent and captivating portrayal of Julia in this award winning series garnered rave reviews and much attention from her peers in the industry.
In 2012 her brilliantly judged performance as the romantic, neurotic and batty Nina Proudman in Offspring earned her Logie nominations for Most Popular Actress and the highly coveted Gold Logie. In 2013 Asher Keddie also took home the Silver Logie: Most Popular Actress and the Gold Logie: Most Popular Personality on TV.
Nina Proudman
