BONDI VET is an unscripted 16-part, half hour television series, set against the breathtaking backdrop of one of Australia's most famous landmarks, Bondi Beach.
Chronicling the adventures of Dr. Chris, BONDI VET allows viewers a unique insight into the world of one of Sydney's busiest vets and the animals he devotes his days to caring for and treating.
For those animals that require specialist services, Dr. Chris calls on his good friend and colleague Dr. Lisa Chimes at SASH – the small animal specialist hospital.
Dr. Lisa is able to provide specialist services and also has access to purpose built surgical theatres with state of the art equipment for a variety of types of surgery.
In the fourth season of BONDI VET Dr Chris and Dr Lisa will meet animal characters such as Homer the turtle, Pearl the poodle and Dorothy the emu. As well as the day to day vet work, Dr Chris heads off to rural Victoria to treat all sorts- from horses to wombats to monkeys!
Each episode delivers not only a carefully crafted mix of human and animal interest stories, but will also feature a variety of animals that undergo elective procedures to long-term treatments involving the most intricate and technologically advanced surgery.
