What drew you to lifeguarding? I think just being able to help people in and out of the water, with skills we’ve all learnt from growing up surfing in the area.
What's your most memorable rescue? Saving our old mate Timmy’s life who suffered a massive heart attack while surfing at Bondi. The teamwork involved was unbelievable!
What do you think are the most important characteristics of a lifeguard? Teamwork, communication and never ever let your guard down.
Have you ever had to be rescued? Yes, Box and Mouse had to come and rescue me on the jet ski after I had been trying to rescue a surfer at Bronte. I didn’t have much left in the tank!
If I weren't a lifeguard I'd be... a fireman or skipper a boat.

One thing you wouldn't know about me... I couldn’t swim 100m when i left high school!
